Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan. To make crumb topping, blend 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 ½ tablespoons butter, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons chopped pecans. Sprinkle crumb topping on cake batter and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven.
